Carnival Delirium

Carnival Delirium is the first and only darkwave band originating from the island of Barbados. Affectionately referred to by its members as Carny Dee, the band was formed on Friday 13th, November 2009, by their illustrious leader and unapologetic freak, pirate lord Captain Black.

The members of the band consist of his sister, burtonian faerie doll Nicolette Black, fondly known as Knickers, a sarcastic, smart-ass headbanger by the name of Mortdecai, guardian drummer, The Grimm, and bassist Shrooms, always a perpetual METAL! high.

Carnival Delirium's sound is composed of ethereal wave elements, gothic rock riffs and symphonic metal sensibilities, and is redolent of a chaotic, midnight romp across an open field in a forest of rapture and madness ....
